They just changed personnel for the worse. They lost my barcode to access my apt unit. I claimed it with the manager and his response was that they are not responsible for anything inside the vehicles as it is considered trash. Hace unas semanas que cambiaron de personal, botaron mi barcode para entrar a mi unidad. Cuando hice el reclamo me respondieron con que ellos no se hacen responsable con nada dentro de los vehículos pues es considerado “basura”
WOW WOW WOW!!! I brought my car filthy! I have two younger children that eat, change, do homework etc… in the car (Miami life 🥴) They had 3 cars ahead of me so I knew it would take awhile. I came back to a new car. Every nook and cranny of the car was cleaned. Totally worth the wait and the $40! Definitely recommend! Will be going back!
Muy mal servicio, fui una vez esperé 10 minutos esperando que llegara el encargado llegó otro carro se me puso al lado y lo atendieron primero, les dije q yo estaba primero y Me dijo pero ya lo atendí a él, me fui! Les di otra oportunidad dejé mi carro y cuando lo fui a buscar estaba mal lavado, no lo recomiendo, prefiero pasarlo por las máquinas q volver a ir a perder mi tiempo y dinero en este lugar hay mucho mejores alrededor!
Took my car there, they wash your car under a tent..once you bring your car out to the sun, you can see all the spots they missed and my car is black. The sun don’t lie..waste of $50..the people that wash my car in the hood do a better job..just bc it’s in Doral they over charge..never again.
