We would highly recommend Rod Blackburn for your real estate needs. Rod was our realtor for the sale of our deceased son's rental properties. We live over 2000 miles from the property and Rod went over and above our expectations as a realtor. The property had several issues we had to address during the marketing and sale of the property. Great company
Kevin was a pleasure to work with and was very patient throughout the entire process. We are out of state buyers working to purchase a second (quirky) home in the South Sound area. Kevin was happy to travel to properties scattered around the region and accommodate us by offering virtual showings and working with family members for physical showings.
