***BEWARE***I waited for an extended period to get a backbrace. After not hearing from them about approval I called to which they then set up an appointment to try on. It doesn't fit right which I tried to explain that to them. As I was complaining they had me sign for it. Then they took me back into room for adjustments explaining away my issues with it.
