Never a crowd when I go. Staff is quick, polite, competent, courteous. I like that I see familiar faces among the staff, so employee turnover must not be terrible.
Deposited a check on Friday, leaving the country on Monday. At the airport my card gets declined with over $1,300 on it. Call support and they can't tell me why it showed approved and deposited this friday but they took my whole check back out. Support said they are not allowed to tell me why they withdrew over $1,300 without my permission and should be back by the time I return from my trip. Terrible customer service and the richfield staff is extremely rude. Changing banks as soon as I touch down. Absolutely ruined my trip... read more
