This place doesn't have their crap together. If we didn't have a super low 3point mortgage rate back from the Breemer days we would leave them. They suck. Never a banker available, came in to open a new account for kids...they were too busy to take our money. 1st time the told us to bring in wrong documents....3rd trip now to open a fricking student checking for kids. Way under staffed. Folks on phone done seem to know bank policy.
They have horrible customer service. Their app stinks and had to keep changing my password and then if I did have to call them it was everything about me, including my DL and then still said wrong information.
I think I'm pulling my accounts. I'm completely locked out of the online in the the transition to old national. The removed the instructions on how to get things switched. I'm pretty sure I have all the information correct and it still doesn't work.
