I think I'm pulling my accounts. I'm completely locked out of the online in the the transition to old national. The removed the instructions on how to get things switched. I'm pretty sure I have all the information correct and it still doesn't work.
Bank hires a bunch of young millennials that sit there staring at their phones instead of helping customers. Zero respect for the elderly, zero!
Great bank. Tellers are always kind and helpful. The bankers don't judge people who have had past financial struggles. Highly recommended.
