They have horrible customer service. Their app stinks and had to keep changing my password and then if I did have to call them it was everything about me, including my DL and then still said wrong information.
I think I'm pulling my accounts. I'm completely locked out of the online in the the transition to old national. The removed the instructions on how to get things switched. I'm pretty sure I have all the information correct and it still doesn't work.
Bank hires a bunch of young millennials that sit there staring at their phones instead of helping customers. Zero respect for the elderly, zero!
