Great bank. Tellers are always kind and helpful. The bankers don't judge people who have had past financial struggles. Highly recommended.
Their outside atm has not been operational for at least 6 weeks. When I have inquired why and when it will work again, I have been told it's a software problem, it's vulnerable to hacking, it vulnerable to stealing money from it etc. Their solution is to send me to other banks arms with the promise they will refund any charges. Why would a 30+ year customer such as myself, have to go through those hoops to get my money? Customer service is horrible. Long story short they deposited an estate check for me but second go around they wouldn’t transfer another estate check from the same business. Making me jump through expensive hoops with a lawyer. Not impressed with their inconsistency and lack of customer service!
While debating wither my veteran I.D. card was a valid photo I.D. , I took out my iphone to record her actions and she called the police on me and they came to the bank. I withdrew my bank accounts. No apology was offered. I am a handicapped senior citizen. This all from a team lead person.
