Very nice place, very helpful and understanding of your needs and abilities. No judgement ever. Love Robin and her staff. Great place to do your own workout or go to do a set workout. Clean and up to date equipment. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet place to exercise.

I'm new to the exercising, Im at a point in life I have to get weight off due to health issues, I love the place so far they take care of the place & equipment, clean, friendly staff, very helpful

This place was awesome. I was visiting Bremen due to some family health issues and needed a gym for a week. Robin was kind enough to give me a very good rate. The place has very good lighting, and there are fans everywhere to keep the air moving. Too many gyms overlook this. The equipment is well-maintained and those who work there and workout there are the nicest ones you'll meet. If you find yourself in the Bremen, Temple area and want/need a gym, you've found one.
