New construction contractors are the worst! No respect for homes owners in the area. Breland is building behind us and they trespassed in our yard, used our trash can , left trash in our yard, driven on newly poured driveway, driven in our yard, leaving damaged grass and tire prints, my husband has had to tell the workers to get their trash out our yard. Worst ever
Please stay far away from Breland homes. They built my home in 2021, they put the lowest quality of everything in my home. I have had to replace a leaking kitchen faucet within 3 years, replace my dishwasher within 1 year. Many structural issues. Breland is now refusing to deal with a cracked fiberglass tub… due to their negligence. The integrity of this builder is questionable. I should have taken a loss on my earnest money when they admitted to a design flaw in the beginning. Find a builder who operates with integrity and ... read more
Property management needs improvement. Ongoing lawn care is sporadic at best; high grass, weeds and bare spots. Gutters are not maintained causing overflow and damage. Minimum expectations have not been achieved! The HOA is a joke, with all members being somewhat “inbreed” with a Breland (the family that should have stayed in Florida). Phone calls are not returned, promises are not kept and budgets are not available… a lack of transparency makes me suspicious of how our money is being handled.
