The worst. The subcontractors have no respect for homeowners. This builder will tell you anything to get a sale. Go look somewhere else and save yourself some headaches.
Better than most.
New construction contractors are the worst! No respect for homes owners in the area. Breland is building behind us and they trespassed in our yard, used our trash can , left trash in our yard, driven on newly poured driveway, driven in our yard, leaving damaged grass and tire prints, my husband has had to tell the workers to get their trash out our yard.
