From scheduling to Cleaning, everything was pure perfection. Juan Ortiz came to do the air duct cleaning, very professional and nice. He wore booties so he wouldn't dirty our floors and showed me before and after pictures of our Air ducts. We had a major construction in our condo, so you can imagine how bad our ducts were and Juan did an amazing job making them spotless. Thank you Lowe's Air duct and Juan Ortiz. Will highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience. The technician Juan Ortiz was amazing. He called me when he was 20 mins away and arrived on time. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and took great care in cleaning the duct work. He took care to explain the process and was very careful bringing all his equipment into the house. I would recommend the company to anyone, and was so lucky we had such a professional technician. Mr Ortiz was wonderful. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
