I had a great experience from scheduling to payment. I called Lowe's/Brekmar and they promptly returned my voicemail. They had availability the next day so I scheduled the appointment. Luis called me in the morning with an ETA, showed up on time, and finished the job in 3 hours. We have 1 unit, 3 stories, 35 vents, and 8 returns. He was able to do all the cleaning and give us pictures by himself. I highly recommend Lowe's/Brekmar!
Very happy with the service I got! The technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually showed me the the pictures of my ducts before and after cleaning and I am so glad that I got the cleaning done. There were no additional fees or trying to sell me other services, which I appreciate:) Highly recommend it.
