I’m actually laughing at these negative reviews because I have been a long time client at this salon, and have a lot to say in response to those bad reviews! Stylists book their own appointments, therefore there’s no one at the front to schedule appointments for those that walk in. If you felt like you were ignored upon walking in, it’s because every stylist is solely focused on who is in their chair and again, no receptionist to schedule as that’s not how this salon (and many others in fact) works. Unbelievably poor customer service. I wasn't aware that they only took appointments, and not walk-ins. After walking in, I was immediately "greeted" with dirty looks and weird stares. I stood at the desk for about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The blonde woman who began helping me was very unhelpful and short with me. The way she was talking to me was very demeaning. She treated me as if I was an idiot because I didn't know the salon only took appointments. I wish I could give zero stars.
