This is an excellent law firm. Everyone is professional and friendly. My case was kind of a complex case, but Mrs. Breiter was always there at every turn. She was able see it through until the end with great results. I would recommend her to anyone needing a good attorney, especially in Family Law matters.
After losing many tens of thousands of dollars that I didn't have, I had to hire a new attorney just to get through the discovery phase. I repeat - tens of thousands and we didn't get through discovery. My ex-husband’s idea of joint custody was to bully me until I agreed with him or, if I did not, file petitions against me in Family Court. I had two attorneys before I hired Rona. Not only did she work to get the most current petition dismissed but she worked with my ex’s attorney to get him to understand what joint custody is. She really delivered on her web site’s promise of stopping the fighting.
I hired Rona three years ago while in the midst of a custody battle with my now ex-wife. As a father no one took my desire for custody of my kids seriously, most importantly the judge. More upsetting, however, was that my childrens' attorney refused to see the harm my ex was doing to my kids by constantly badmouthing me and interfering with my visitation.
