I called to pay my bill in full and they wouldn't let me until the sheriff sent over the summons fee. Pathetic. I could of paid what was owed and then could of payed what was left. I'm physically coming to pay ASAP So they can't continue to put me off. They're playing games

I was misinformed multiple times on the details, time frames and expectations for my case and was getting bounced back and forth between them and the hr payroll of my employer. I felt my case was mishandled without much care, dragging of the feet, and incompetence with the communications between the two parties that lead to much unnecessary confusion and surprises where I had to step in and force them to do their jobs correctly. I came to an agreement with this company and they broke it immediately. Lie to your face and NOT willing to work with you. Horrible people work here, don't waste your time with them as they are out to screw you over in any way possible. minus 5 stars!!!
