I have worked with Glenn Boomsma for many years from matters related to outstanding collections to many other complex business matters. I have always found Glenn and his firm to provide high level guidance in many legal areas. If people owe money and his firm is tasked to collect it, of course they will be upset for the poor reviews. This may not offer accurate or fair reviews. Therefore, I wanted to share my perspective.
After paying off my bills and confirming that with them they still took out another payment of $350.00 and when confronted about it they say that they have mailed it to the wrong address and now there's nothing they can do about it that was over 4 weeks ago now and still nothing this is what's wrong with America nothing but Crooks in suits trying to take your money and put it in their own pockets.
No letters, no court papers, and no warning... Took everything out of 4 bank accounts my name was on, including my 17yr old daughters account.....
If you are looking for a team to partner with for commercial collections, I highly recommend Breit & Boomsma. Their team is knowledgeable and easy to work with.
