The New McDermott - nice place, but got screwed over I viewed one of the apartments owned by Breier-Scheetz, The New McDermott, 1514 Bellevue Ave in Seattle's Capitol Hill. While I liked the apartment and planned to move in, I was told to just put down a deposit and they would take care of the rest, and when they had a move-in date for me, they would draw up the paperwork.
