This place does t really seem to care about its people, I have four units here and the prices have increased double since the name change and they changed all the hours to the gate not allowing you to properly come in 24/7. They added a via website payment portal and added so much event ended fees, I’ve been locked inside the facility with the gate not allowing it to open and the gates don’t work half time to keep the place closed, not to mention they will leave the lots full of snow for you to get stuck this place doesn’t s... read more

While U-Haul lied about having the size that I needed. This place has the 10x20 that I needed & at $162.23. It's much cheaper than public storage & U-Haul. The customer service here is way much better than both of them other places too. I just wish that they had a website to pay for my storage, but the phone is easy to use to pay.
