I'm Very disappointed in the treatment of my Dad... I've never seen him in such pain and misery after being treated by this so called Dr and staff. Very Rude and unapologetic after giving him some poison in a shot that is supposed to get him better, instead he had a severe allergic reaction and is suffering more than ever. It breaks my heart seeing him in such misery ever since the nurse forced him to take the unknown shots that are literally killing him. Dr. Brehm is a wonderful doctor and so are many of the Nurse Practitioners, like Julie Davidson. Unfortunately, trying to get anything accomplished over the phone is nearly impossible. Mostly you get transferred to answering machines and nobody calls back. This is a very inefficient way to operate a business, especially when dealing with patients who are in a critical health state. Hopefully they can come up with a new business plan.
Go see another doctor, this guy did not listen to anything. Been dealing with a medical issue for months, finally got in and was brushed off. If you need a urologist, find one outside of Corpus.
The receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. Because they took so long (several days) to get back to the patient, the patient had to go the ER twice for a procedure that could have been done at a drs office. The receptionist raised her voice & got angry at the patient. The patient called several times in pain & the receptionist answered “What Do YOU Want NOW! “ Unbelievable Behavior
