Can't even get an appt, all calls lead to voicemails and all voicemails probably end up deleted. Been trying for weeks now and I am unable to get a hold of anyone.
Lucinda was her name argued with me back and forth that I didn’t have insurance then when I called my insurance I gave her the phone and they told her I was covered and she was telling me that I wasn’t insure till after 30 days, then lies to me and say she spoke to insurance “yesterday” day before my appointment but when I spoke to her a week before on the phone she told me she spoke to my insurance and they said I wasn’t covered until 30 days, so did u speak to them a week ago or the day before cause I know she ain’t concer... read more
ETA: Imagine that, I finally get a call back after leaving a voicemail AND a bad review after weeks. Then when we schedule the appt, they call and say oops we don’t accept her insurance because of a contracting issue. We said we’d do self pay just to get her in and the front staff STILL argued. She has finally been seen, but is incontinent because of the stent that was only ever supposed to be temporary and now we have to wait even longer to get that done. Horrendous and rude customer service. Stay far away from Dr. Brehm. They only care about money and have monopolized urology care in South Texas to the detriment of our community.
Beyond negligent. Office hours do not match between their website and google. The automated system does not allow you to speak to a real person, even though that's worthless with how rude the front desk is anyway. Family member had a surgery in June, told to come back for follow up in August. Brehm declined to see her saying he never told her to come in when it's in her progress notes from the hospital. Now she's having complications and I cannot get a response to faxes or voicemails. Their app does not work. We should not h... read more
