ETA: Imagine that, I finally get a call back after leaving a voicemail AND a bad review after weeks. Then when we schedule the appt, they call and say oops we don’t accept her insurance because of a contracting issue. We said we’d do self pay just to get her in and the front staff STILL argued. She has finally been seen, but is incontinent because of the stent that was only ever supposed to be temporary and now we have to wait even longer to get that done. Horrendous and rude customer service. Stay far away from Dr. Brehm. They only care about money and have monopolized urology care in South Texas to the detriment of our community.
Beyond negligent. Office hours do not match between their website and google. The automated system does not allow you to speak to a real person, even though that's worthless with how rude the front desk is anyway. Family member had a surgery in June, told to come back for follow up in August. Brehm declined to see her saying he never told her to come in when it's in her progress notes from the hospital. Now she's having complications and I cannot get a response to faxes or voicemails. Their app does not work. We should not h... read more

This place is the worst. I dropped my husband off at the front door because he had hip surgery three weeks prior, so while it took over 5 min for me to find a place to park, since doctors and staff get an entire parking garage while patients with an average age of 65 & over have to walk a good distance, I came in and my husband was still standing there waiting for someone to help him, no one else in line, two ladies behind desk talking to each other & ignoring him while he's struggling to keep standing with his walker.
