We have been patients of Dr Brehm for 15 plus years. We had to take a four year break due to our insurance changes, but the minute we could switch back we were thrilled. He immediately reassessed our health and myriad of medicines had been given and to our vast improvement, eliminated most. Doctor has taken us through so many medical events in these years. My Second visit to see Dr Brehm today and I really like this practice. He was recommended by a co-worker. Hardly any wait time which is always great. The team was quite pleasant to work with. Both times I met with Dr Brehm. He is a good listener and I found his advice regarding my medication immediately helpful. My second visit was for my annual physical - which was the most thorough physical I’d ever had. I’m looking forward to working with his team in the future.
The appointment started strong with a nice office, staff, and not a long wait time. But upon walking in the room Dr Brehm seemed to have a bad attitude and spoke to me like I was a little kid in trouble. I tried to dismiss his attitude but as the appointment went on he didn't listen to me and he used terminology I didn't understand. When I asked what he meant he got frustrated. This guy may be the greatest doctor in the world but his office admin is the worst. I've tried several times through both phone messages and online booking to make an appointment and no one has ever responded. If he's not accepting new patience or they're too busy to respond to appointment requests, then state it on the website instead of wasting people's time.
