Horrible, price gouging company. No help for the customer service agent to deal with my overpriced issue. She said there is no one above her to help with my issue. Horrible company and seems like a horrible employer.
Dealing with this company and its agents has been a nightmare. I have been trying to recoup my overpayment since December 2023. Every time I speak to an agent they tell me there is no one above them to speak to, someone will call me back, they will escalate my refund yet it gets me nowhere. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone either on hold or talking to someone who cannot help me in the slightest bit. Extremely disappointed in their customer service and follow up.
Needs handicap parking closer to the door.
