I called Breezy concerning my AC not being cool enough and was greeted with a friendly polite response when explaining my situation. My appointment was for the next day which Jacob one of the technician called and ask if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointmet and I was very happy about that since it was hot in my home. I evicted a tenant and found that he had disassembled 2 furnaces in my building. It was clear that some parts were broke and some were missing. I called Breezys, assuming I would be told I needed two new furnaces. The technician assessed the furnaces and in a short time he had one furnace reassembled and working with parts that were there, but it was still going to need a condensate pump. Professional! Thorough! And tolerant of my LOUD dogs. This was not an easy fix. Spent the time to evaluate several aspects of my ac issues. Not time for a new system yet.. was able to pinpoint the issue in a timely manner. My service guy was the best. When I do need to upgrade my ol' hvac system. I know who I'm gonna call. These guys are great.
