I have had no problems with the residents or front office staff since being here. I haven’t dealt with any pest problems in my apartment and the community itself stays pretty clean. More people need to pick up behind their dogs though.

I live in breezewood arts from 2007 to 2014 it was great, I loved it...at first there were different managers there but at the end there was one I didn't care much for.. the maintenence guys there were great.. I really didn't have many issues there.... I see alot of complaints now there..... the only thing we had to pay there was the electric bill and rental insurance... I enjoy living at breezewood......

Want to keep your dog safe? Run far away from Breezewood. This complex uses a tennis court as a dog park. I was never told this was allowed. Per their policy dogs must be on leash at all times on their property. Every responsible pet parent knows fenced in dog parks are designed to keep everyone safe. A tennis court doesn’t provide two gates for entering and exiting. Had I known that their policies don’t protect my dog or myself I would’ve never signed a lease.
