lost all service with breezline on Friday the 13th and a tech cant be here till Tuesday the 17th. we have to wait 4 days? that's bull. and we are gonna get hit with a fee for the repair. not good customer service. four days no tv
Been trying to call about a suspicious email I got about a free prepaid card from breezeline, called twice and both times the agent that was "helping me" hung up. Cant wait to switch as Breezeline is currently a monopoly in my area
despite not having wifi for a week, customer service seems to have no answers. theres an outage, but ive yet to see it on the website and have been given no ETAs for service coming back. Update: Loren was able to get me an appointment for a tech to come out and credit my account for virtually all of next month's bill
Signed up for new service was told.Cable boxes would be overnight.Now I'm left with no service. Worst customer service experience ever!
