despite not having wifi for a week, customer service seems to have no answers. theres an outage, but ive yet to see it on the website and have been given no ETAs for service coming back. Update: Loren was able to get me an appointment for a tech to come out and credit my account for virtually all of next month's bill
Signed up for new service was told.Cable boxes would be overnight.Now I'm left with no service. Worst customer service experience ever!
I called their customer service today with a question about my bill and the service was awful. After using the chat and then finding out I had to call, I called, after 30 min talked to someone who bumped me to their "supervisor" which ended up being the end of the line and another 45 minutes (which i hung up instead of waiting because it kept saying 45 min wait). Comcast offered a great deal to sign up so we did what a mistake we went right back to breeze line they are the best the customer service was extremely helpful the installer was very thorough did a very neat install and made sure everything was working correctly and reviewed operation of the system. Follow up, After a couple of Years I offer a follow up review, Breezeline has provided un interrupted service and very cometive rates.
