Got my AC from Breezecome, and the unit failed. I took a day off work for a scheduled technician visit, but it was a complete no show. Couple days later, a technician finally came, couldn't figure out the problem, and left. Two weeks have passed, I have received no response. Avoid this company if you expect reliable customer service.

I had furnace and airconditioner from this company and as well as in daughter house too but both airconditioners are faulty have same problem and they ask more and more money to fix it so I would give them minus rating because they use cheap quality products

I am incredibly happy with the air duct cleaning service! Peter was fantastic—he patiently answered all of my questions late on a Friday evening, and they managed to schedule the service for the very next day. Both Peter and Jonathan did an outstanding job, taking extra care to clean even the tightest, hardest-to-reach areas. On top of the excellent service, the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
