I've lived here for a year & while there have been some small issues, etc, its been pretty good. Maintenance is usually quick with any repairs & such. We stay to ourselves usually but the people we live by are friendly. We haven't had any major issues like we did living in other complexes. Just wanted to post this for anyone looking into it these days. Rent isn't necessarily cheap but for what you get & how rent prices are these days, it's worth it.
Not an income based apartment and to much harassment from manager in charge.
I wish I could get a return phone call. My husband and I are looking for a place to move to asap. I have left at least 5 messages on voicemail and received no response. I have been to the office three times and my husband just stopped by a short while ago. There is never anyone there. My friend advised me that they have open apartments and she needs to get someone in them. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just need a place to live very soon.
