I’m giving a three not because of the service. The guy who helped me was amazing. It was so hot out and he was dripping sweat. You guys need umbrellas or some sort of a tent out there way too hot for them to stand out there and be so helpful for us.

I've been a BT member for over three years, but I'm seriously reconsidering my membership due to an ongoing issue with Jeep Wrangler owners being charged full price for a partial wash. I understand why attendants disable part of the wash cycle near the spare tire — it makes sense from an equipment standpoint. The problem is that the rear of my Jeep gets covered in soap and cleaning additives that are never fully rinsed off. Scott is awesome and so is the manager of this location.( I didn’t catch the managers name) both were beyond helpful when I locked my keys in the car while I was vacuuming it out. Bad mistake on my part, but boy were they helpful and accommodating! Both were super kind as well. I have a monthly membership here and I will continue to renew because these two people ROCK!!!!!! Thanks Breezeway, keep up the great work!!!

This car wash does an ok wash on your car but vacuums are weak. My old car was in another town was much better. I also cannot put a sticker on my tinted windshield and they gave me a hard time about it. I actually have it for a medical reason because of a scar on my retina. They were more concerned about someone stealing from them and using for multiple cars rather than understand my medical issue. Only let me use the car wash twice with no refund.
