Didn't scratch the car, so 2 stars instead of 1.
I had a friend give me a gift card and when I went to use it here, they told me I couldn't use it on a plan. But when I got one wash, it didn't wash my car. I had just gotten back from a trip and they didn't get any of the bugs off. I had to go scrub it by hand at home. They didn't prep the car like many I've been to. I was definitely jipped.
Super convenient to be able to "Breeze Thru" the car wash with unlimited monthly washes, anywhere and anytime I'm out and about! The free vacuums and drying towels are a big plus as well. I just spotted the floor mat washer last time through. I'll have to give that a try.
