We need a store that serves average beautiful people, not just toothpicks.
Went in today to help my girlfriend pick out the style for her prom dress something very important to her as she is the head of the prom committee and also somebody who deserves to feel special! I was saddened to find poor service, uncalled for criticism, and no way of finding any other sizes for any style practically anywhere in the store. After they told my girlfriend no style would fit her size she left upset and crying, I'll make sure nobody ever goes here again and there lucky that's all I'm doing.
This store is horrible and makes people feel awful! Which I really don't understand because the selection is not good and clothes are not that fashionable. I think we should shut this store down and put in a better boutique that has nice workers and actually has cute clothes!
I'm so heartbroken to see the negative reviews people are giving to one of my favorite stores! Everybody in the store truly cares about helping you love whatever you buy and giving you confidence. I've gotten countless dresses, from homecoming to prom, and have fallen in love every time. I remember going to some other places to look at prom dresses and being disappointed because they didn't carry my size. I just bought my wedding dress here! I just want to thank everyone who helped me! I really appreciate that I called 15 minutes prior and you could squeeze me in your busy schedule! I don't think I could have been treated with more respect! You all truly gave me the bridal experience I was hoping to get! I can't wait to come back and buy my accessories with my mom. The lady that helped me was so nice when I went looking for my homecoming dress. She helped me find a dress that worked perfectly for the dance and even steamed my dress for me before the dance.

I love to shop local and loved one of the cocktail dresses I saw hanging in the store today. I was told I had to make an appointment to try it on despite the fact that more than one employee was available to help me right then. Since I was told no appointments on Sundays this month and I am not here during the week, I had to take my business elsewhere. You should really revisit your store policy when you have staff and dressing rooms available. Turning away a sale from the sidewalk seems foolish.
