I worked retail at the Columbia Mall while attending Mizzou. That being said I am horrified to hear the way this stores employees talk to their customers. Shame on you!
I had just recently went into Breeze looking at the prom dress I was for sure going to get. When I went in I found out the dress was a size 4. I could get the top on and when I went to try on the bottom the owner came up to me, took the skirt from me and told me that if I tried the skirt on I would rip the seams out of it. I then told the people I was with that that was very rude and the owner overheard me and then tried making it up by ordering the dress online. Every girl is beautiful no matter what size she is and for the owner/ manager to treat anyone rudely because of her size is outrageous. Shame on you and I really hope your business goes under.
This is not a place for real women to shop. Stay away from this store and their rude and out of touch sales staff.
I think it's highly unacceptable for a business to shame people based on their size. To rip a dress out of a customer's arms and rudely tell them that they're business is not wanted is just ridiculous and wrong. Learn how to run a business properly, without being rude to the customers and without treating them like they are ugly creatures who dared to step foot in your store.
Went in to look at wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. They had an extremely limited dress selection and I was never asked if I needed any help.
Rude! Rude! Rude!! I can't imagine how a place with such horrid customer service can stay in business. Such a disappointment!!!
To Bully a teenage girl who is a size 8 & be so rude~~ have you lost your mind? To bully ANY girl is unspeakable & I really think you need to know that being a size 0, 2, or 4 is fine yet so are sizes 6,8,10,12,14,16,18. & up. Shame on you!!
This business needs to just close down immediately. I am horrified by the treatment I have received personally, and then to find out it east an isolated incident at all, that people have been rudely treated when they come to spend tons of money on this store over and over again tells me the problem with this business is fundamental.
