I dealt with Ray. From the first call Ray was upfront with the process, costs, and time frame. He arrived the following day and assessed the issue quickly. He found the issue and called with what the cost of repairs would be. New parts were installed and given a 1yr parts warranty too! Overall, Ray and his team was the perfect choice and will be the choice for future issues too. The gentleman at Breeze Masters provided excellent service and broke everything down so I could understand exactly what was going on with furnace. They were able to come out the same day and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Exceptional pricing and outstanding customer service! I even tried to give them a tip, and they said no! Can’t find that kind of service anywhere else!!! 5 ⭐️ s all the way!

Breeze Master was exceptional in terms of speed, reliability, and customer service! I called Raymart yesterday afternoon while on travel to Texas. This morning, the heater is installed! Ray sent me pics of before and after, plus a photo of the water temp at the sink. Very reassuring knowing that everything was taken care of while I was away. Plus, without asking, they dried the floor as best they could!

I highly recommend the Breeze Master team - Ray and Kuldeep. I found them online when searching for local HVAC companies with a good reputation and fair pricing, after my heating system went out suddenly in the beginning of January. They lived up to that reputation and had everything back up and running within one day after identifying and repairing a leak and thoroughly testing the system afterward to confirm there were not any other leaks.
