The gentleman at Breeze Masters provided excellent service and broke everything down so I could understand exactly what was going on with furnace. They were able to come out the same day and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Exceptional pricing and outstanding customer service! I even tried to give them a tip, and they said no! Breeze Master was exceptional in terms of speed, reliability, and customer service! I called Raymart yesterday afternoon while on travel to Texas. This morning, the heater is installed! Ray sent me pics of before and after, plus a photo of the water temp at the sink. Very reassuring knowing that everything was taken care of while I was away. Plus, without asking, they dried the floor as best they could!
I highly recommend the Breeze Master team - Ray and Kuldeep. I found them online when searching for local HVAC companies with a good reputation and fair pricing, after my heating system went out suddenly in the beginning of January. I called Breezemaster to service two heat pumps; scheduling was fast and convenient. When Kuldeep arrived, I spoke with him about some concerns I had with my system. He thoroughly inspected everything and provided his recommendations for making the system more efficient. This included adding additional returns upstairs, as the previous contractor did not install the unit appropriately, and installing a soft start kit.
