Bob and Breeze Heating and Cooling have kept our aging system going by making repairs rather than trying to sell us a new system. Bob gets back to us quickly and has knowledgeable techs who test their work and show us broken parts. They even went downtown to get a part, so that we would not have to wait for shipping. We have had a number of other well known companies out, and Breeze is by far the best. Their prices are fair, they are professional, prompt and go above and beyond.
We were selling our house and noticed our water heater was leaking. Breeze came out the very next day and replaced it for us! Just in time for our open house! I couldn’t be more appreciative. They were absolutely wonderful!

The only disappointment that I have is that I cannot provide more than 5 starts. It is without question that Mr. Bob Smugala has been a master technician for years. His proficiency in analyzing, repairing, and (and better yet) educating us about our heating problem was extraordinary! If you want a lifelong technician, Mr. Smugala is who you want in your contacts!! Also...if HGTV is looking to pilot a new program, they should look him up...IJS!
