I needed a full replacement on my HVAC system. Bob (the owner) is very knowledgeable and reasonable in his assessments, will not try to upsell you on things you don't need and doesn't balloon pricing to cover overhead. He's been in the business for a long time, but still keeps up-to-date on current technologies. He's also way more than that! It was a Breeze dealing with Bob at Breeze Heating & Cooling. Upfront competitive pricing and no pressure to automatically replace everything. They were very quick to come out and had the HVAC quickly installed. Highly recommend.
I'm disappointed. My home warranty company assigned Breeze as the service provider to inspect my hot water heater that was malfunctioning. I had replaced the thermocouple on the unit but the pilot light would still not stay lit. It's a 20+ year old unit. I took a few hours off work to accommodate the appointment time and when the technician came to our house he confirmed that the unit had calcium buildup and needed to be replaced completely.
