I texted Bob about my water heater issues on a Monday. He replied quickly with his advice and a quote. By Wednesday afternoon, I had a brand new water heater installed by two super nice people, who even kept an eye out to make sure our cat didn’t escape. Thursday afternoon, I received a follow up text to make sure everything went well. No complaints. Don’t hesitate to reach out to this company. It’s hard to get such straightforward and quick service these days!
We woke up to no heat and a frigid house, outdoor temperature in the 20s. A Breeze tech came within a few hours and determined that no gas was coming in due to a faulty meter. Problem solved quickly and professionally. We've used Breeze for repairs, and they installed a new HVAC to replace our aging system. They always give us prompt and professional service at the best price (we've checked others).
Dave and Patti are meticulous and marvelous! We always also had wanted to meet Bob since the honest deal he gave us, and rescued us on the AC! He explained things perfectly to my husband, an engineer. Then they persevered on another heater/blower /furnace tough job and never gave up for hours when the temps took a dip into the 20's. When Our kids water heater went out, we immediately thought of Breeze Heating and Cooling. We told Chris, it was really an inconvenience not having hot water for the twins. Chris came to our kids house on Christmas Eve, he took time away from his family to help ours!! Bob and his guys have done many service calls for us on different properties. They have done everything from repairs on multiple different types of units to installations of new entire systems. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and continue to use in the future.
