At first I was very pleased with the work however the past 2 years I have been told they would come out and redo the ridges which are curled up along with a bunch of bad shingles. I have called the owner repeatedly and he keep saying he would be out to fix the issues. Lately I have been unable to leave voice messages because is mailbox is full and he is not responding to my text I have 50 year shingles and should not have issues. I currently rent a property that this company has been doing siding on. My first contact was mid November and here we are into the first week of March and the job is STILL not done, maybe 2/3 done. My rental property looks like I live in a condemned house. There is waste wood all over. I have picked up nails 3 times (100+)in my driveway that the workers left at the end of the work day. I contracted with Gary and Breeze Construction for a siding project in July, providing a $2,000 down payment via Venmo. He committed to completing the project by Labor Day. As of October 1, he still hasn’t started. Furthermore, he has been extremely unprofessional in his messages to me and now has decided that he cannot do the project. I lost a couple months and likely the rest of the year because of this. I requested he Venmo my deposit back to me or refund in cash or check. He has not responded. Gary and his crew were absolutely fantastic. Great communication and got my roof done quickly and did an amazing job. Gary was a very genuine and strait forward guy. I will absolutely call him and his team for any projects down the road!
