Scot did an awesome job while servicing my HVAC system. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. I have been using breeze for a few years now and they’ve never let me down. I recommend them for anyone who’s looking for a new HVAC company.
Breeze Air did a great job today for maintaining my HVAC unit. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Getting the maintenance plan was also cost saving.
Breeze Air sent out Scott to perform a fall maintenance on my HVAC. He called to say he was on his way. He worked quickly and made some flow adjustments I requested. When finished, he explained what he did and how the system looked. Scott was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.
We highly recommend Ray and the Breeze team. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, start to finish. Ray clearly cared about finding the solution as quickly as possible and despite having to go get a part, still fixed it same day. He even took time to give me "tips and tricks" to manage cooling our 3-story home properly in the TX summers and informed me of everything as he was diagnosing and repairing the issue. We'd without a doubt use their services again.
