Just moved to Texas and I have called numerous places to get a EV charger plug installed. Most competitors want to send a tech to your house to give you a quote but then charge you 50 bucks if you don’t hire them. This is not how Breeze Electrical does business. Called this morning at 10am and spoke to Randy that gave me fair, UPFRONT, pricing. They also went above and beyond with same day service! Amazing experience from Mr. Schiltz and his journeyman. They were attentive and had excellent knowledge. I definitely recommend this company not only for their expertise but also their integrity.
Great customer service. When I initially emailed, I was responded to same day. I was scheduled within two days, and when they arrived, they identified and communicated the problem and had the new part picked up and replaced all in less than two hours! Very efficient with no commission or ridiculous upcharges. Will use again and recommend!
