Fast! I don't even know how to say how much I love this company. We called one cold evening last winter when we discovered that our furnace wasn't working. They were here in 10 minutes! They didn't have the parts to fix it so late, but they brought us an enormous heater to use. They were absolutely wonderful. They came right back to fix it the next day. They were fast, friendly, professional and knew what they were doing! I wouldn't call anyone else.
