These worst rental company ever. I didn't rent from them I rented from GC Warren. Wants rent money but never fixes anything . Will take you to court and lie while doing it. Slumlords, don't do it. They also lie on court documents. I've never signed a lease with these people and never will.
Has anyone who resnt from Breedlove had any issues with them saying g you haven't paid rent on a certain month and you k ow you've paid it?? Please respond to my post. Something is not right about these people. Please respond to this post
If there was a 0 I would give that to you. You have let folks stay in your houses and apartments and grow mole, floors falling in, toilets, do not replace appliances as you should . You went up on everyone’s rent { the nerve} You do nothing for your tenants. Rest assured a day of reckoning is coming for all you Landlords.
