I have rented with Breeden for several years - all maintenance tasks are taken care of promptly by their kind staff, any of my concerns are addressed, and I enjoy dropping my rent off each month at their office with such nice people at the front desk.

Been with this place for a total of 20+ yrs. DO NOT rent from them. Trust me. I’m out this yr! If ur smart, stay away from this place. **Update 1/11/26 The response they gave is a farce! They know what they’ve done! Third Party Disclosure, made me prove my dog as a ESA when Lease does NOT require that! Oh, I could go on and on. Ginny actually made fun of my disabilities! Truth! Then asked me not to put that on a review! Again, TRUTH! Think I will save all the other proof for small claims and civil court! FAFO
