I am renting from breeden never had a problem always paid rent on the first. Then I had mold and mildew problem.Then I get a eviction notice from them for no reason they said they didn't have to have a reason well the reason is because I complained about the mold and mildew . My lawyer said they do have to have a reason.
They want a $50 non-refundable application fee before they will consider showing a property. No thank you.
