I never signed a contract with this company—my original landlord sold the property, and Breeden took over management without any introduction, transition, or clarity. A wonderful place to rent from. Everyone is professional and friendly. They actually care about their tenants. The rental process is very easy and they offer help along the way. They are quick to respond to any repairs needed and even follow up after the repairman comes. Another owner bought our property and tried to steal money from us without recording it and they even helped us through that process to recover our losses. We are going back to them as soon as they have an opening for us. Highly recommend
