This place is a scam!!! They want you to pay a $50 application fee before you can even go see one of their properties also your application only last on file for 30 days so if you do not find anything in 30 days, you will have to pay for another application fee of $50.And it’s non-refundable.
Been here over a year, never a issue if something needs done it gets taken care of asap very much appreciate it
I absolutely love working for Breeden! The team has been nothing but helpful and welcoming over the last several months I’ve been here. We offer wonderful services to our applicants and tenants including Section 8 housing, affordable renters insurance, lawn care plans, etc. The level of customer care is simply unbeatable compared to many property management companies in the area. I truly couldn’t imagine ever finding a better company to work with!
My condo unit was transferred over to be managed by Breedon. My Internet, which is part of what's included, went down within a few days after they took over. I submitted a maintenance request. It took weeks to get them to address this. Finally I got it back after having to call or message them almost every day.
