I recently had my Fireplace in my new home serviced by Shanahen from Bree Link Plumbing. Shanahen was very personable,knowledgeable and thorough. I am sure this Fireplace had never been cleaned? It now looks brand new.! My new fridge arrived while he was here. I asked if he had time to hook up the water to the fridge. He did the job,which was more involved than expected. Two jobs well done . Bree Link is an amazing company. The program they use is great for scheduling. Office staff was so easy to deal with. They send a pic of the technician showing up and Adam was on time. Adam was a great technician and always kept us in the loop on the repairs. I would not hesitate to have them come back for any repairs or any renovations that we have.

Chris and his team at Bree-Link are first class. Allen and his team did an amazing job on the replacement of our poly-b piping. Everyone is awesome. We had issues with Bree Link during install not showing up multiple times, holding up other trades and then not communicating with us when they didn’t show up. In addition we have had issues with our heating and cooling unit right from install. Recently our air conditioning stopped working just out of the 1 year warranty and repair was quoted at nearly $2000 for labor as only part is warranty.
