I needed a water softener installed. I sent the on-line form in from the website and was promptly called the next day to arrange an appt. Chris arrived on time and assessed our requirements and provided a quote a few days later. Manny came to do the install and he was very professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the installation process. Bree-Link has been absolutely amazing in addressing some issues in my new-build home. In addition to addressing some minor problems they have also been extremely helpful for planning maintenance to keep the systems working in tip-top shape and explaining the expected costs as well as providing me all the warranty paperwork and documentation. If you need someone to assist with plumbing or heating/AC, this company will be able to get you addressed and back in operation.

Manny arrived punctually and understood the scope of work and he and Chris had planned the materials list ahead. Manny was methodical, neat and tidy and took pride in his craft. He did not leave until the work was completed which was after 5pm that day. That demonstrated work ethic will earn Bree-Link as my go to plumbing service provider.

Bree Link is an amazing company. The program they use is great for scheduling. Office staff was so easy to deal with. They send a pic of the technician showing up and Adam was on time. Adam was a great technician and always kept us in the loop on the repairs. I would not hesitate to have them come back for any repairs or any renovations that we have.
