Highly unsatisfactory and deeply concerning experience with Bree-Link. I needed a water softener installed. I sent the on-line form in from the website and was promptly called the next day to arrange an appt. Chris arrived on time and assessed our requirements and provided a quote a few days later. Manny came to do the install and he was very professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the installation process. I recently had my Fireplace in my new home serviced by Shanahen from Bree Link Plumbing. Shanahen was very personable,knowledgeable and thorough. I am sure this Fireplace had never been cleaned? It now looks brand new.! My new fridge arrived while he was here. I asked if he had time to hook up the water to the fridge. He did the job,which was more involved than expected. Two jobs well done . Bree-Link has been absolutely amazing in addressing some issues in my new-build home. In addition to addressing some minor problems they have also been extremely helpful for planning maintenance to keep the systems working in tip-top shape and explaining the expected costs as well as providing me all the warranty paperwork and documentation. If you need someone to assist with plumbing or heating/AC, this company will be able to get you addressed and back in operation.
