They are a good solid plumbing company in lake country. I've used them a couple times in the past and they are prompt and consistent for their service. As well I was pleased to see that when I called in recently, even over the kerbuffle over the last few years, they haven't raised their labour prices. As a local company myself I know there is without a doubt been some drastic pricing adjustments needed, so glad to see they are committed to local high quality service.
Was getting some plumbing set up done by another company (company contracted by interior health) and that plumber smelled gas coming from our furnace. He did a quick test to see that yes, there was in fact a leak. Sooo scary! I contacted Bree-Link as they initially assisted with all the plumbing and heating installation in our home and advised them what was going on- and that I also needed help ASAP as my hubby is going to Vancouver for a surgery this weekend. Great family run company. Solved all our plumbing problems without issue and with great efficiency. Grateful to have them taking care of us personally and of our business as well. Attached photo is of company boss allowing my bossy toddler to express his explicit opinions on dishwater repair.
Bree Link goes above and beyond to help their customers. They adjusted their schedule to come trouble-shoot our furnace issue the same day we called. They also did an a great job servicing our furnace, fireplace, and A/C. Tyler and Manjinder were both very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. Thank-you!
