It’s fun to say I have a gal for that, but I’d be totally underselling Leigh and how absolutely AMAZING she was in every way. She sold our house, found us a house and literally communicated so quickly with anything and everything. We were NOT easy clients, and she never once made us feel any way about anything. My husband and I were very happy working with Deb Stenvall and Ann Messina of Bree and Associates Real Estate team in Astoria. Deb helped us narrow down our search for a home on the Oregon coast for an upcoming move from the east coast. She and Ann lined up a weekend of properties and locations to look into and view. They were quick to find answers to our questions and very knowledgeable about the area and realty. Their team was very proactive and on top of things which made everything much easier for us.
Caitlin was very good with communicating with us. We were not living in the condo at the time of the sale and she was constantly checking up with us on the condo and keeping us advised as to how the perspective sales and the market, itself, was going. We loved the marketing and photography (with drone aerial footage!) We do not plan on buying or selling again, but, if we did, Bree and Associates would be at the top of our list.
Deb Stenvall of Bree & Associates was a very attentive real estate agent. She was very knowledgeable having been in the business for many years. We felt we could trust her decisions. She and the rest of the team was very responsive to us whenever we had a question and she sold our house!
