Caitlin was very good with communicating with us. We were not living in the condo at the time of the sale and she was constantly checking up with us on the condo and keeping us advised as to how the perspective sales and the market, itself, was going. We loved the marketing and photography (with drone aerial footage!) We do not plan on buying or selling again, but, if we did, Bree and Associates would be at the top of our list.
Having to sell a home from another state can be extremely nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Leigh Mortlock was more than just a realtor. She and her team were a constant support, always there for us. She and the team answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the sale on our behalf. When all is said and done, we definitely made the right choice in choosing Leigh with Bree and Associates.
