Caitlin was very good with communicating with us. We were not living in the condo at the time of the sale and she was constantly checking up with us on the condo and keeping us advised as to how the perspective sales and the market, itself, was going. We loved the marketing and photography (with drone aerial footage!) We do not plan on buying or selling again, but, if we did, Bree and Associates would be at the top of our list.
