I was part of the team (project superintendent) to gut the existing building & converted to 32 condo units from late 2005 to early 2007. This building was a mess when I started. I could tell all kinds of stories about this building Originally it was going to be 7stories building with another story & a half being added on top of the existing but with the market change from the looming recession coming the developers changed the plans to maintain existing height.
Unauthorised attempt to deducted payment from a colleagues company credit card. Never heard of them!
They tried to use my credit card. I have never heard of them before nor I’ve been in Baltimore.

Breco Condominiums is a great building of 32 loft residences. The building was built in 1881 and post conversion of the space into condos, retains an original printing press in the lobby. Breco is in an excellent neighborhood one building away from City Hall and directly across from the City's Farmers Market held on Sundays under the I-83 ramp.
