My old water heater started leaking and looked like a sloppy install. Brecksville Plumbing replaced the gas shut off valve, water shut off valves, new vent, added an expansion tank, and new water heater with pan under it. They were reasonably priced, and the installation was very professional looking compared to the old one. They cleaned up when they were completed. I would highly recommend them.
Jim was very professional, polite, and helpful over the phone! Matthew was able to come out ahead of schedule and was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful, speedy, and knowledgeable. Also, very fair pricing!
Over the past year we've had many occasions where an experienced plumber was needed. We had the unfortunate experience several times in the past so we wanted to be especially careful to find someone we could trust.
