I would not recommend this apartment at all. I lived in Unit 138, and it was very old, dirty, and had a serious cockroach problem. We tried everything to get rid of them, but nothing worked. Maintenance was also very poor. We constantly had bathroom leaks, and repairs took forever. Even after they repaired them, the leaks would come back. After moving out, we were charged cleaning fees even though we always kept the apartment clean and regularly cleaned the carpet. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Duke, the maintenance guy, is the best. He’s so responsive and really cares about the residents here
Maintenance arrived INCREDIBLY QUICK, and were precise and professional and friendly as always. They did the job like they could’ve done it with their eyes closed, that’s what years of experience looks like. Please keep these men working and on payroll.
