Heather, Armando, Office Staff and Maintenance staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. We’ve lived in our unit for almost a year now and decided to renew our lease because of these excellent individuals. Any issues we’ve had have always been addressed within 24 hours, usually less. They are extremely communicative and you can really tell that they care about the residents. It’s always super clean around the buildings and the landscaping is very well taken care of. My family (of 5) moved into this complex June 2023. We had a little hiccup at the begging but all 3 in the office jumped to help us with a solution. I love the space in our apartment, the dog park and pool area. My kids looovee the pool. Edit: I would like to add that we have dealt with over 4 different water issues in the apartment. I also would like to add that if you are considering this place, also keep in mind the way they charge water, sewer and gas. It will never be anywhere near the same amount. I called the office to speak to somebody because my daughter had an issue. You know she was sick and stuff like that. I spoke with Armando let me tell you he was the nicest person I’ve ever spoke to on the phone. I mean, we cracked a couple jokes, but he made me feel at ease Very considerate understanding a very pleasant person you want to speak to I wish everybody in customer service was like him and I plan on moving in to those apartments in the upcoming month in April or May and my daughter lives there in the apartments. ... read more

Moved in 3 months ago. It is a quiet complex. They are quick to deal with any maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live.
