This place may look really nice on the outside, but do not be fooled! The office staff are horrible. Mostly the office manager. They make promises they will not keep and blam you for their disorganization. When you try to confront them they take over and yell at you and blam you for something they should have fixed. When the manager called to address my maintaince problem she became very offensive when I asked about the 48 hour guarantee and I was told I was not aloud in the office until I had calmed down....
