DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS AND BEEN GOING THROUGH PURE HELL FROM DAY ONE. THE PERSON WHO LIVE UNDER ME MAKE IT WORSE AND MANAGMENT WON'T DO A THING ABOUT IT. I HAVE A TODDLER WHO APPARENTLY IS TOO NOISY PER THOU NEIGHBOR AND POLICE BEEN CALLED ON ME THREE TIMES FOR THAT. TRYING TO LEAVE ONCE I FIND A NEW PLACE. THIS PLACE HAS ALSO COST ME ALOT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY. WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE RATINGS WILL TELL YOU A LOT MORE.
The office staff are very friendly and caring. As well as very pet friendly and loving. Any complaints they receive they look into quickly. The maintenance staff. Do a very good job of trying to take care of any request or issues that arise on the grounds. Or in any apartments.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the beginning, the leasing team worked closely with me on my move-in schedule and helped walk me through all my options. They were flexible with my budget and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing – they immediately made me feel like family! I love the management/office personnel and the maintenance crew, they are very friendly and very helpful. Breckenridge II also has nicely kept grounds.
I think it's a really great apartment complex to live at you're close by everything when it comes to shopping I get along with everybody here I've been living here almost 8 years.
