Susan Lopez is great to work with. While I did not end up renting from the property, she genuinely guided me through the process, keeping my personal circumstances in mind. I look forward to working with her again in the future. She truly cares for the people she serves!
Susan uglahh nem be playing I spy on your house lol mfs take pictures of everything literally and wanna give fines for the smallest thing & I do believe they over charge people in rent and keep money some typea way because they told us our rent was a certain amount and we got a lease violation that showed on paper that I rent was something else so it’s funny business going on … Susan use to be a wrestler also

Horrible place, seems like embezzlement is going on here with the amount or fines! So many air units in houses as they don't fix the air. They dont fix maintenance issues, The don't do pest control before moving in a new tenant. I've watched one tenant move out and move the next one in within 12 hrs. Susan is VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. She never answers the phone, hardly emails. They Dont allow the kids to pretty much do anything. The discrimination our here is VERY REAL!
