I used to live there it’s ok to live there but there’s bad kids that live there and parents don’t do anything about it and I have someone I’m friends with and a few neighbors are very rude and disrespectful and breaks into cars watch out I tell you watch out bad management

Hi Everyone, Diamond called me and said you can come because we have apartment available for you I paid $200 total $50+$50 for application fees and $ 100 holding deposit even she cancel my application and didn’t ask me before cancel and she said I can but you on waiting list and will call you very soon I am still waiting from about 2 months around but I didn’t receive any call they didn’t give my deposit $100 back it’s not acceptable!I had a very bad experience with them and I am very disappointed. We are an elderly couple, living in the upstairs unit in building F. We have been living here for over a year. Personally, Breckenridge Village Apts is the ideal place to live in because of its tranquil, safe, and clean environment. More importantly, they always handle tenants's asks in a very timely manner. During this period of time, the two faucets of bathroom and kitchen sinks in our unit had problems and needed to be fixed. I was a longtime resident over 10 years. The past few years I was miserable. The ROACHES came due to very nasty and disgusting people living below and behind me. I allowed them treat my unit for years and nothing worked. I tried everything, boric acid, traps and sprays. I tried to work with the forever changing office managers to find resolution.
