Don’t even bother calling the office to have anything fixed. My roommates and I left about 10 voicemails asking for our hot water to be fixed and the terrace’s way of handling things is clearly “in one ear, out the other”. They do not care about their residents and nothing is upkept or maintained to a decent quality of life. We are currently in one of the coldest months here and are now without Water & Heat.
