Luxury price with cheap building!!!!!!I bought a house at Breckenridge, the house was finished by May 2025 I have surprises since then! The 1 years warranty! Lol good luck with that!!! 2 trees are dead and my wife complain about that!!! The one year warranty doesn’t cover that!!! Electrical!!!! If you don’t know nothing about how check the electrical system, I pay for the Lombardo electrician for 3 outlets with breaker separate at my pantry and the old guy charged me U$ 780,00 just for that and surprise!!!
