I lived here for 3 years, didn’t have many issues while here, but the apartments are old. Do NOT expect your deposit back, when you move out. They will charge a lot of bogus fees like carpet cleaning, on top of a regular cleaning fee, and other maintenance fees. If you can afford to live somewhere else do it.
