Maybe this is typical apartment living but I was expecting cleanliness and better upkeep. The buildings, railings all need paint, are filthy on the outside, and two units in the building were marked as "condemned" and blocked off. The pool looked filthy with dirty water. It's a shame bc it looks charming from the street.
Horrible place to live at. New management are incompetent and lack empathy. They want to take your money but don’t want to do the work for tenants to live comfortably. We had no heat for a month, husband and I missed work for being sick and had a horrible fever. Our place was infested with roaches for three months, when asking about fixing it, they gave us attitude and ask us to wait. Would not recommend. There were always maintenance issues, management ignored our complaints about our rowdy neighbors.
This is definitely not the place to be the roaches are definitely running the show I have at had at least 5 water leaks nothing gets fixed in a timely manner I had a hole in my ceiling after 1 1/2 years they finally fixed it hey don't move here looks are deceiving you may get your door answered by a roach people don't pick up after there dogs run The gun fire has slowed down good luck
