Dr. thrash was professional and diagnosed my son‘s problems easily. His assistant Mohammad went above and beyond the normal patient support when he negotiated with the insurance and the pharmacies to make sure we got refills ahead of time as we were traveling, which was greatly appreciated.
Dr. Thrash is fantastic. He is funny, sweet and makes you feel like you are the only person that matters.
Dr. thrash is an exceptional dermatologist. The problem is that the administrative staff at US dermatology are incompetent and provide the worst client service that I’ve ever experienced. I have shown up for appointments and been told that my referral is not valid, and they are too lazy and incompetent to get the referral verified, then they never call you back to schedule your appointments, they can’t get insurance billing, right, and the list goes on and on. I had a great initial appt with Dr Breck Thrash my first annual preventative exam a few months ago. I developed an itchy rash a few days ago, called today (6/16/25) to get in asap. The first available appointment is 7/3/25. This does not seem to be professional care. I am extremely disappointed. UPDATE: 6/17/25- I received a call from Dr Thrash office with an appointment for tomorrow. I’m thankful he can work me in and see the rash instead of pictures on 7/3/25. My wife and I have been going to Dr. thrash for over a year now. He is a great dermatoligist. However, my wife has an unknown rash that is causing a lot of irritation for her. When asking for a last minute appointment to see about it she was told that he could not see her for three weeks. That is unacceptable! When its an emergency he should make time to see her.
