Asked for an update twice after my car had been there for 2 weeks, each time I was told I never gave the go-ahead to work on it (I did on two separate occasions). I asked what the hold up was and the mechanic on the phone replied with "Did you see how many cars were here when you dropped yours car off?". I followed that up with "Do I need to look for another shop?" and was cut off with "Yea! Come get it! *click*" and hung subsequently up on.
I can’t say enough about Chuck, he’s first class all the way, very reasonable and his work is quality all the way

JUST AMAZING GUYS THAT DO AMAZING WORK!!! Yesterday I broke down in Falkville, AL. Chuck and his guys came out to see me, figured out I needed a new battery and alternator, got me over to their shop, and got me fixed up and back on the road in NO TIME!! I might add, I was on my way from Mobile, AL to Columbus, OH. They literally SAVED ME!!! LOVE THEM!!
