A rare find in service. Friendly, helpful, competent, and reasonable. We will use this company again.
On a scale of 0 to 10 I would give this company a ZERO. They did not come for the first service call. When I contacted them by phone I only got the voice mail. They never returned my call. When I called again I did get a live voice and he promised to call back. I'm still waiting. I called again and left a message.. That was 3 days ago. It appears this company only has one employee. I have been trying to get service from this company for two weeks. I have contacted another company who will come in 3 days.
Awesome Service. I have had 2 furnaces, an A.C. and a water heater replaced by them in my duplex that I own. They provide great quality for a great price. My only complaint is that they have a tendency to not show up the day of service usually do to emerengcy repairs but they do call ahead of time so if your patient with them it's Diffiantly worth it! Will continue to go with them in the future for all repairs.
Three time's we had scheduled a service call with them to fix our washer. Three times we got a no call and a no show. Didn't think it would have taken three weeks to get a washer fixed. Will never use or recommend them to nobody ever again. Thanks for wasting our time. We used someone else will be fixed in two days when part comes in.
This company rocks! They've been serving our needs for years and we're always satisfied with their work. They're always available in a pinch and polite and thorough. Thanks so much, Breault Heating and Cooling!
