I did my certification with Rebecca and it was the best decision I could make!!! She is AMAZING!! I had no idea what I was in for when I signed up for Rebecca’s Breathwork Teacher Training but after completing the first half of it I can say that it is more than I could have ever imagined! My first experience with breathwork was with Rebecca at the Church in Ocean Park & I can’t wait to go back again! I didn’t know what to expect but it was amazing. I bawled my eyes out and could feel years of tension & stress leaving my body. My boyfriend (a psychotherapist) said it felt like 2 years worth of therapy in an hour.
